WordPress website for the first career development program exclusive to physicians in Brazil, with course pages, faculty profiles and integrated contact forms.
The Challenge
Spotmed is the first career development program designed exclusively for physicians, from medical students to specialists, offering personalized career planning, study tracks, mentoring and strategic professional positioning. The previous site was limited (hosted on GitHub Pages) and the client needed a proper WordPress site with well-structured pages for the Medical Postgraduate program, faculty presentation and efficient contact forms.
The challenge: convert the approved layouts for the home, courses and postgraduate pages into a functional, easy-to-update WordPress site, respecting every design detail.
What We Built
Working with Arte Digital Internet, we implemented the complete WordPress site:
- Homepage — presentation video, institutional text and links to the main sections
- Course listing — organized course cards with links to detailed pages and faculty curricula
- Medical Postgraduate page — comprehensive content with objectives, target audience, course structure and dissertation requirements
- Design precision — careful attention to typography, line breaks, bold treatments as per the approved layout
- Instagram feed integration — Automated Instagram feed integration on the homepage
- Faculty social links — Lattes, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram
- Form setup — SMTP configuration, plus a
/obrigadopage for post-submission redirect - DNS and deploy — pointing to hosting and site launch
The Result
Spotmed gained a modern website faithful to the layout, with adjusted typography and well-structured sections to present their courses and programs. The forms now reliably deliver to the correct email addresses, with a confirmation page that conveys trust to the user.
